Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act and the Common Law I am requesting the following specific records:

1. Any and All audio recordings of 9-1-1 calls received on (INSERT DATE) between the hours of 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM (INSERT DATE) pertaining to and that generated a police response to (INSERT ADDRESS)
2. Any and All audio recording of calls received through the police non-emergency line on (INSERT DATE) between the hours of 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM (INSERT DATE) pertaining to and that generated a police response to (INSERT ADDRESS)
3. All CAD reports for (INSERT ADDRESS) that were generated on (INSERT DATE) between the hours of 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM (INSERT DATE).
4. Any and all radio transmissions between police dispatch and officers who responded to noise complaints, disturbances, disorderly conduct or any other calls for service to (INSERT ADDRESS) on (INSERT DATE) between the hours of 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM on (INSERT date)
5. Any and all direct messages sent between officers and/or dispatchers on mobile dispatch terminals pertaining to calls for service / police responses to (INSERT ADDRESS) on (INSERT DATE) between the hours of 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM (INSERT DATE)
6. Any and all officer notes made for calls for service / Police Responses to (INSERT ADDRESS) on (INSERT DATE) between the hours of 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM on (INSERT DATE)
7. Any and All investigation, operation, or other report generated by a police officer pertaining to a call for service / police response to (INSERT ADDRESS) on (INSERT DATE) between the hours of 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM on (INSERT DATE)
8. All body worn camera footage for officers that responded to (INSERT ADDRESS) on (INSERT DATE) between the hours of 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM on (INSERT DATE)
9. All mobile video recordings for officers that responded to (INSERT ADDRESS) on (INSERT DATE) between the hours of 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM on (INSERT DATE)
