Any Police CAD/Dispatch report or entry documenting a call for service for or Police interaction with William Bloxom. The incident occurred on 5/16/21 and originated at the Walmart at 3575 Route 66. Police made contact with William Bloxom at his residence located at 204 Poplar Place. The incident involved a fall and injury suffered by William Bloxom.
