Dear Malloy, Diane,
I am exercising my right to object to the special service charge. I do not think that this request warrants one. I have asked for 2-3 days of CAD reports and other agencies have given those to me without a charge. The redacting should be really easy and certainly would not require the skills of a lieutenant, nor would it come close to taking seven hours to do. We’re talking juvenile names, phone numbers, etc – not any complicated analysis. I ask that you please rescind the special service charge and produce them to me. Thank you and stay safe.
