The Township of Neptune received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request
on  June 10. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to
your request is June 19.

 

The request was for:

“1. Police CAD Report 24NT06831 with narratives

 2. I seek all Body-Worn Camera Footage and audio communication recordings

 a. The Police department has compiled the requested records. Due to
their size, we will need to put the records on a flash drive in order
to produce. Please advise if you would like us to provide a flash
drive and how you would like to be obtained (mail or in person). The
cost of the flash drive would be $3.90 and if you would like it
mailed, please indicate the mailing address so that we can check the
cost of postage. Once confirmed, the flash drive will be made
available.

 3. Please provide all dash camera footage and audio communication for any
police car involved for the above incident on 3-16-2024.

 a. The Township does not have any responsive docuemnts to this request
as the investigation is being handled by Wall Township.

 4. Please provide in-car camera footage and audio communication for any

Department wanted to note that this information is included on the
first page of the report provided.
