•The complete CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) logs for any calls for service or walk-in reports at the Medford Township Police Department involving Kim Pollack between March 22, 2026, and June 10, 2026.

•Any Police Incident Reports (including the full narrative sections, or the unredacted portions thereof) generated as a result of Kim Pollack contacting the department between March 22, 2026, and June 10, 2026.

•Any Body-Worn Camera (BWC) footage or station lobby camera footage capturing the interactions with Kim Pollack on the dates corresponding to the aforementioned CAD logs or incident reports.

2. Any body-worn camera footage associated with Officer Paul Kostue's earlier involvement in this matter.

3. Any incident report, supplemental report, narrative, or field contact report prepared by Officer Paul Kostue relating to this matter.

4. The Property Loss Form completed during Officer Perez's investigation on April 13, 2026.

5. Copies of the text-message documents provided by Kim Pollack that Officer Perez stated would be added to the case file.

6. If a citizen complaint or probable cause statement relating to this incident was submitted by Kim Pollack, please provide a copy.
