1. CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) Logs: Any and all dispatch logs or "Call for Service" records related to a police response on 4/29/2026 at approximately 9:42AM at the Valleyview Townhouses in Montvale.

2. Audio Recordings: A copy of the 911 call and/or non-emergency call audio recording associated with this dispatch.

3. Incident Report: Any police incident report or field contact report generated by the responding officers.
