Police body cam request
Dear Evesham Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
On 2023-09-30, two officers responded to a harassment call at the address of Rebecca Halbach on Main Street in Marlton. The first officer identified herself as Officer PLAZA.
The second officer who responded to this call was a male (unidentified) who arrived at the scene in patrol car #2007 at approximately 09:35:00.
I am requesting the audio and video of his body cam that captured the activity and interaction with the people who were harassing Rebecca Halbach and her family, primarily SONJA FITZGERALD between 09:38:45 through 10:09:55.

Dear Evesham Township,
I did not ask for a duplicate of footage that has already been provided.
I would like the footage from the other officer's camera who at the scene. The officer that is NOT Danielle Plaza.
I need specifics on the conversation between the other officer and the people he spoke directly to. Clear audio is not provided from Officer Plaza's camera footage.

The ETPD received your follow-up email of August 2, 2024, 8:05 a.m. We interpret this communication to believe that the first video that was immediately provided did not satisfy your request and you, in fact, wish to receive the second video.
