Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A‑1 et seq.), I am requesting the following records related to the towing of my vehicle:

1. Police communications or dispatch records authorizing the tow of:

• Date & Time of Tow: 06/18/2025 @10:33am
• Location: Hamilton Street in front of Kay’s Christian Place Day Care

2. The dispatch or tow authorization form signed by Newark Police for this tow.

3. The invoice or record submitted by B & C Towing to the Newark Police for this service.

4. Any photographic evidence or notes made by Newark Police or the tow company regarding the vehicle’s location at the time of tow.

5. A copy of the current towing contract/municipal agreement between the City of Newark and B & C Towing.
