Dear Judge, Jasbir,
In response to your email, refusal of my records request on August 26, 2019. My public records request was specific: I would like a copy of ALL calls received to the police department or 911 from 8:30 pm to 11: pm from November 3 to November 5, 2019. My request is for the phone calls received from a specific time frame (8:30 pm to 11:00 pm) and for specific days, November 3 through November 5, 2019. The specific public record sought was the audio from the phone calls received from those days and from in between that time frame. You have cited a court case, Bent Vs. Stafford Police department and the GRC decision in complaint number 2004-78) although the GRC has no legal standing. In Wronko vs. Jackson Township, Mr. Wronko requested ALL settlement agreements from a specific time period, like my request and the court upheld that asking for ALL of a specific public document for a specific time-frame was a valid and legal request. I respectfully request my public records request be re-opened an fulfilled. I will give you the 7 business day start off point to fulfill the request.
Yours sincerely,
Mr Radwan
