your OPRA request # 1026, , due to it being an investigation report (File
control 2003-9569) it  can not be made available via this forum. 
Nevertheless, Mr. Daniel is listed as the victim on this report and can be
given a copy of it as a private citizen, upon presenting his
identification at the Record's Bureau window.
