Dear Paramus Borough Police Department,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Paramus Borough Police Department's handling of my OPRA request 'Police activity in community.'.
I only see crash and investigative reports. Your letter said CAD logs and possibly other records would be included as well. I also only see a PDF file with "00C" in the filename attached. Are there files named OOA or OOB attached as well? Is there more that is missing? Thank you.

Dear Paramus Borough Police Department,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Paramus Borough Police Department's handling of my OPRA request 'Police activity in community.'.
We sincerely appreciate your apology and the CAD records.
It still appears we have not been provided everything requested.
The reports you provided itself list various tickets that were written to drivers. E.g. hit and run charges, DUI crashes, the list goes on.
Our original request asked for records of warnings, written warnings, citations, summonses issued, charge sheets.
That means tickets and car stops and any related records including when a driver is warned.
We find it tough to believe given the number of streets we listed that not one car stop was done on any of those streets for a whole year?
Does your police department not write tickets then?
Who is then responsible for traffic and parking enforcement in your borough if that is the case?
I drove around some of the streets during the summer and saw what looked like tickets (or very similar kind of papers) stuck to a number of cars.
How come none of those tickets (includes charges or warnings) show up in any of the records? Is it not the case every car stop / parking ticket / written warning / verbal warning still require the license number or plate to be checked in the database thus creating a dispatch record (also requested/not provided).
