Dear Pequannock Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.). I request the following records covering January 1, 2025 through the date of your processing this request, with emphasis on identifying all incidents that occurred during May 2025
All police activity at 13 Ferndale Place, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444:
1. Include all police call logs, CAD entries, incident reports (including redacted narratives where permitted), and findings for any calls or service requests to this address during the requested period.
2. This specifically includes Welfare Checks/Well-being Checks, Disturbances, Disputes, Domestic Incidents, or any other law enforcement responses.
3. Please provide for each: date, time, nature of call, and disposition. Any associated 2025 BWC footage related to any incidents identified in this request, or a note confirming the existence of such footage with applicable dates and times, in accordance with OPRA disclosure rules.
