Dear Midland Park Borough,

I am writing to request public records pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.). I request the following records covering January 1, 2022 through the present:
All police activity at Meraki Hair Salon, 184 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey 07432. Include police call logs, Computer-Aided Dispatch entries, incident reports (including redacted narratives where permitted), and other law enforcement responses such as Welfare Checks, Well-being Checks, Disturbances, Disputes, or other reported incidents. All Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) attempts or applications initiated by the owner of Meraki Hair Salon, involving any party - Include any CAD entries, police call logs, incident reports, or related records documenting these TRO attempts and the findings or determinations made.

I have not been convicted of any indictable offenses in New Jersey, any other state, or the United States. I will not use these records for commercial purposes.
