This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1) Any and all available records to date referencing and pertaining to bacteria levels and/or any other pollution testing for the bathing area known as "River Beach" located in Point Pleasant Boro during the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

2) Any and all available inter-office and/or inter-agency communications to date regarding and in reference to any health dangers or other warnings regarding the bathing area known as "River Beach" located in Point Pleasant Boro during the 2017 and 2018 seasons, including but not limited to reports, emails, advisories, warnings, memos, broadcasts, notifications, recommendations, etc., either sent or received by OCHD.

Dear John Rogers,

Can an explanation of the numbers in the last column be provided? I'm assuming it is a ppm count of bacteria, is this correct? What are the safe/unsafe levels?

Also, I see no response at all regarding the 2nd part of my request. Am I to understand that there have been ZERO communications regarding the closings of this beach?

Dear Sir or Madam:

The two that we have are for water results in response to part one of your
request and water advisories in response to part two of your request.  
Additionally, per our Environmental Health Department Coordinator, we do
have any inter-office or inter-agency communications regarding this site. 
All notifications to the town are done by phone call and the
advisories/closures are put on our telephone hotline, which is updated
daily throughout the bathing season.
