Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Records requested: Please provide all building permit applications from 2001 to 2007 for Hazel ave school in West Orange NJ. School address is 45 Hazel ave West Orange NJ. I'm mostly looking for plumbing permits in reference to the water fed playground that was installed there around this time. Thank you
