Regarding your OPRA Request for an Oath of Office for Judge Allan P. Comba
& Court Administrator Madeline Zurich, the following agencies are not
subject to the provisions of OPRA:
The Judicial Branch of state of Government or any agency officer, or
employee of those branches (including Supreme Court of New Jersey,
Superior Court of New Jersey, The Municipal Courts, and Administrative
office of the courts and the agencies, offices and boards under their
authority). The Courts have adopted their own records disclosure policies
and procedures.
You are going to have to contact the Courts Records holder.
If you have any future requests or concerns, please feel free to contact
