This confirms our conversation today
I have reviewed our records and have determined there were 3 applications
for hot water heaters replacement.
Apparently the owner & contractor applied but never confirmed who was
handling application.
The files in our office have been voided in our system
A valid Certificate of Occupancy & Smoke / CO Detector Compliance
certification was issued on 6/17/20.
