Thank you for the information you sent earlier this morning, the response needs clarification.

Res. 22-173 on p. 2 in 2nd paragraph p. 2

"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Borough Clerk be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy of this resolution to McNerney & Associates, Inc. upon its passage.

CERTIFICATION
Shows Res. 22 -173 was passed on July 11, 2022

1. Kindly provide a copy of the email or letter the Council authorized and directed you, as the Borough Clerk to send McNerney & Associates, Inc. "upon its passage" to proceed with the appraisal(s) authorized in Res. 22-173 and to be completed with 45 days.

2. Please provide a copy(s) of the appraisal(s) McNerney & Associates, Inc. completed in response to Res. 22-173.

I look forward to receiving the clarifying information and the McNerney invoice and the check from the Borough for payment related to Res. 22-173.

Good afternoon, Mr. Dolan,

After all Mayor and Council meetings, I email any appropriate party that should received a copy of a Resolution (i.e. engineer, attorney, appraiser). I do not keep copies of all Resolutions that I send as I also send them to staff, department heads, Mayor and Council, etc. Such Resolution also went to Ken Porro, Esq.

As I stated in my OPRA response, I spoke with Edna Jordan at Mr. Porro's office and was informed that the study has not been completed therefore no invoice has been received. My finance also checked to see if we issued a check and we have not.
