Dear Hillside Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A list of property addresses from September 2023-March 2024 that have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
2. Detailed Lien Status Report
3. All properties that had any utilities shut off.
4. A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since September 2023-March 2024 Please provide the type of violation.
5. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
6. A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned
7. A list of All Properties without a current city certificate of occupancy

*All requests are for properties that went into the above statuses from September 2023-March 2024
* Please Include Full Property Address for all lists.
