This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I seek any records in the custody of the City of Somers Point which identifies the name address and contact information for the owner of the Platinum Auto Spa on Ocean Heights Avenue. These records can include the business' application for a mercantile license, zoning applications, or construction permits.

The purpose of the request is to reach out to the owner because the business is charging for services and not providing them.
