Thank you for your request.
The procedure for requesting copies of plans requires in addition to the
Opra Request a notarized letter from the Owner of the Property with his
/her original signature explaining the reason of the request and a copy of
their driver license. The letter has to be brought to the Building
Department at 33 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ 08753.
The request will then be reviewed by the Construction Official and if and
once approved if any documents/ plans available in our records, we will
contact the owner to pick them up.
