Planning Board: List of minor subdivision/variance applications that have been approved, denied or pending, specifically minor subdivision with non conforming lots, flag lots, undersized lots from 2018 to date. Minutes of planning board hearing corresponding to approval/denial of all minor subdivision applications with variance. corresponding to findings per this OPRA request.
