This firm represents the purchaser under contract for the property known and described as Block 501, Lot 7.01.

This firm is requests that the Planning Board provide copies of any site plan, subdivision plan, and/or variances applications involve the subject property together with and resolutions concerning same.

This firm requests that the Construction Office advise as to any building permits issued for the subject property in the last ten years and if any permits remain open.

This firm requests any engineering reports, inspections, or other documentation concerning the existing bridge providing access to the property from South Avenue
