Dear Plainfield Board of Education,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

1. The current contract between the Board of Education and GenPsych.
2. Past 7 school years of contracts that the Board of Education has had with GenPsych.
3. Any type of Service Level Agreement or Addendums/Riders the Board of Education has to the current GenPsych contract.
4. Any type of Service Level Agreement or Addendums/Riders that the Board of Education has associated with any GenPsych contract in the past 7 school years.
