Pine Hill Police Incident Report (Sept 10–Oct 27, 2025)
Dear Pine Hill Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

I have not heard back regarding my request on 10/27/25 for the following records:
Police incident report, any related supplemental or narrative reports, CAD/dispatch logs, and 911 call records (if applicable) for an incident that occurred on or about September 10, 2025 - October 26, 2025 at or near 11 E 3rd Ave, Pine Hill, NJ, involving an individual named Nickoles Stankowski.
Since I have not yet received a response or confirmation of its status, I wanted to check whether my request is still being processed.
Could you please provide an update or anticipated timeline for fulfillment? If any clarification or additional information is needed from me to move the request forward, I’d be happy to provide it.

regard to your request. They are processing it, please give us 7 business
days to get this over to you, your OPRA is now due back on or before

The Borough of Pine Hill received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)

Per the Pine Hill Borough Police Department Domestic violence reports are
not subject to release under OPRA.

I am requesting only records that are public under OPRA, and I am not requesting any domestic violence reports, narratives, victim statements, or other exempt records.
Specifically, I request:
1. Police blotter / incident summary information
For all police responses to the following location:
11 E 3rd Ave, Pine Hill, NJ
for the date range:
September 10, 2025 - October 26, 2025
Please include only the information required to be made public under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3(b), including:
- date and time of the incident
- type of call/incident (general description only)
- general location
- responding officer’s name or badge number
- disposition, if available
No victim-identifying details are requested.
2. CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) Call-for-Service Logs
For the same date range and address above:
- CAD entry time
- call type
- dispatch time
- on-scene time
- cleared time
Redactions of any personal identifying information are expected and acceptable.
3. 911 call confirmation (not audio)
Please provide confirmation of whether a 911 call was placed to that location during that timeframe.
I am not requesting the audio unless the department determines it is disclosable under OPRA.
Notes:
I am not requesting any domestic violence reports, TRO/FRO paperwork, body-worn camera footage, or any exempt records.
I am only requesting the basic information OPRA requires to be published in the police blotter or daily activity logs.
