PILOT agreement between City of South Amboy and BNE Urban Renewal, LLC

Middlesex County did not have the information requested.

Dear Middlesex County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Concerning the property now known as Station Bay, formerly proposed as Manhattan Beach Club Street, LLC - the PILOT application states in Section 16.05 that "This entire Agreement will be filed and recorded with the Middlesex County Clerk by the Entity at the Entity's expense."

This PILOT application was approved by the South Amboy City Council via Ordinance 19-2018 but they do not appear to have a signed copy of the executed agreement on file.

They do have a signed copy of the ordinance but I Would like to see if the executed agreement, signed by both parties if you have it on file.

Yours faithfully,

Brandon Russell

Dear Brandon,
You can go to the County Clerk website to our land record search to see if
the ordinance is recorded. We do not record all ordinance , we record only
ordnances that pertain to property.  You can can search South Amboy but
you would need a date of recording.
Sincerely
Dawn DeMeo
Chief Clerk
