Photographs of weapon in closed case
Dear Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Photographs of any knife on the person of George Bratsenis at the time of his arrest or in the case file as the murder weapon of choice by which George Bratsenis committed the murder for hire and recently was sentenced in Federal Court. https://www.justice.gov/usao-nj/pr/conne...
2. Any records in the posession of your agency showing 1) who maintains custody of the weapon (s) seized from Bratsenis 2) who maintains custody of photographs of the weapons if copies are not in your agency's posession. 3) Records showing the agency with custody of any blood or DNA samples obtained from the knives belonging to Bratsenis.
