As you are aware, I am the Business Administrator for the Galloway
Township Board of Education (the “Board”), which conducts and supervises
the schools of the Galloway Township School District (the “District”). As
such, I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated August 3, 2024, which was
received on August 5, 2024. Your OPRA request sought the following:

Records requested: Any photographs of the requestor in the possession of
you or the Reeds Rd Elementary School particularly regarding the claim of
Samantha Hackney that the requestor had "slept" while in her classroom.

Please be advised I am not in possession of any documents responsive to
your specific request regarding Ms. Hackney. In addition, any such photo
would not generally be subject to OPRA. Nevertheless, to satisfy your
request pursuant to the Common Law Right of Access, I am including a
photograph. It is our understanding that Mr. Lightcap provided you with
due process and discussed with you the allegations related to both cell
phone usage and sleeping in class. Please note the image has been redacted
to remove student’s faces.
