Dear Tuckerton Borough,

I am requesting Phone call recordings to 911, dispatch, and the method to witch the report came in to clay st and willow landing terrace for 9pm to 11pm on the 19th of January 2022.
I also world like the CAD or incident # and the complete report.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

We have received your requested, the 911 calls, dispatch, etc will have to be requested through the County Dispatch or Little Egg Harbor Dispatch we at the Borough are not record custodians of those records. I will get you whatever Police Report we have for the time requested.
