EBI Consulting (EBI) is conducting a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at 551 Cooper Road, West Berlin, New Jersey 08091 (Map 0406 Block 2103, Lots 10, 11, and 13.01). As part of the ESA process, I would like to request access to records regarding the following, as applicable: Installation or removal of storage tanks (above and underground), Hazardous materials storage or release, Hazardous waste generation or discharge, Asbestos or lead-based paint abatement, Septic System installation, potable/non-potable well information, application of biosolids, and the use of fire-fighting suppressant foams.
