It is Commission policy that all request be submitted on its form that can be found on our website. No response will be provided unless this procedure is followed. Please be advised that the Commission is a bi-state entity created by Compact, and thus is not subject to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101, et seq., or the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq. Instead, the Commission provides access to certain Commission documents in accordance with its own Commission-specific Public Records Policy. The Commission will review and respond to your request in accordance with the provisions, exemptions and procedures of the DRJTBC Records Policy.
