2022, OPRA request for all code violations, all tax delinquents/liens, all
vacant/abandoned properties, all utility delinquent/liens (if applicable),
all pre-foreclosure and probates for all properties dating back 6 months.

 

Federal tax lien records can be searched on the Union County Clerk’s
property search website: [1]https://clerk.ucnj.org/UCPA/DocIndex. As to
probate, please be advised that probate documents are judiciary records
not subject to OPRA; access to same is governed under New Jersey Court
Rules. Please visit the Union County Surrogate website at

information.

 

Please be advised the county does not maintain records of code violations,
tax delinquencies, vacant/abandoned properties, utility delinquent/liens,
or properties in pre-foreclosure. As to properties in pre-foreclosure,
please direct your inquiry to the Union County Superior Court:

remaining items, you must submit your OPRA request to the applicable
