Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Dear Marlboro Township,
In response of your denial of request for information for Block 157, 4 & 5, which is a standard request that gets approved, I AM NOT A REALTOR, nor is this a commercial request. I am in the process of spending every dime I have on a deposit so that my daughter and her family can purchase this house that is currently under contract with them.
In addition, this is information I should NOT have to provide you. I literally copied the verbiage of my request from others that were closed successful.
There appears to be a conflict of interest with you and your relationship with the current owner of the house, which means there may be something your trying to hide about this property, so I will be escalating this concern.
