3 - Records of the property ever being a site of hazardous materials.
4 - Records of any easements, encroachments, or other agreements on file with the town.
5 - If the property is in a flood zone or wetlands protected area.
6 - Records of any granted tax appeals.
7 - Confirmation that this property is serviced by public sewer and water.
8 - Records that this property has a decommissioned cesspools or septic system.
