I, Jennifer Kiernan, the official Records Custodian for the Township of
Verona received your OPRA request on January 6, 2023.  As such, the seven
(7) business day deadline to respond to your request is January 17, 2023. 
This response is being provided to you on the 6^th day of the Custodian’s
receipt of said request seeking:

 “…. for 8 Bahr Circle, Verona NJ 07044.
1. All, open and closed, construction/plumbing/electrical permits
2. All liens, delinquents
3. All or any code violations.”

Please be advised that the request is denied as no such documents exist.

other questions about the law.  All questions regarding complaints filed
