As per your recent ORPA request, the Construction Office supplied the
requested records (attached again) to you on Thursday, July 15^th. At
that time, they advised if any other records were needed, a retrieval fee
for archived records would apply.
We have not received a response, nor confirmation of receipt, from you
regarding the need or desire for any archived records (cost $38.00 per
box). Therefore, we are closing the OPRA request as complete.
