Ladies:

I reviewed all the permit cards for closed permits regarding the
above-referenced property.  There was a permit taken out in 2002 to remove
a 550 gallon underground storage tank.  No Certificate of Approval was
ever issued and it appears as though we never received a final report from
the DEP as noted on the permit card although they assigned it a case
number.  Their case # is 02-10-02-1337-16.  Seeing as how this was done
before either my co-worker or I worked here, I would suggest the requestor
follow up with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection using
the case # referenced in order to confirm the status.
