5. Complete history of zoning permits, including application dates, and their status. Please include a copy of the permit application and any and all submitted drawings, supporting documents, and other information as associated with each permit.
6. Complete history of tanks (oil, septic, propane, etc.), installation and removal. Please include a copies of any and all submitted drawings, supporting documents, and other information as associated within this history.
