Records requested:

1) Copies of all permit applications and permits issued for properties at the Monmouth Mall since 1/1/18.

2) Copies of any revised plans and copies of correspondence regarding revised plans or potential revised plans for the Heights at Monmouth project that was approved by the planning board in 2018 at the Monmouth Mall. For clarity, I am asking for such information received by the Borough after the planning board approval.
