request of 7/9/25 with regard to the above address.

I have reviewed the construction files and there are outstanding
construction permits shown for this property.

A list of all construction permits issued is attached for your review.

Unfortunately, permits are not listed by space or unit. This plaza was
built in 1985 and the files are quite large. Permits prior to 2003 may or
may not be on this computer list. After reviewing the list of permits
please specify a permit you may wish to review.

Please note, per New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and the
Uniform Construction Code of NJ 5:23-2.16A(c), plans are maintained here
for 10 years, after that time we may or may not have retained them.  We
will make every effort to search our file room for the plans requested. 
Should we locate the plans, we will make them available to you for
viewing.  Since drawings and written plans are the property of the
original design professional, we will not send plans out to be copied
without the written consent of the Architect or Engineer of record.  Our
suggestion is to contact the design professional to request copies and/or
written consent. Plans generally do not show exact locations of plumbing
or electrical work. Field conditions dictate how and where they are
placed, this is allowed by code. Our most common request is, “I want to
know where those items are for current construction projects.”
