Dear Emily Dillon,

Thank you for supplying the City's dune maintenance plan.
However l specifically asked for the permit (s) obtained by the City from either CAFRA or the DEP allowing the construction of the new platforms on the dunes to accommodate the new foot wash stations.
Therefore l do not consider my OPRA request fulfilled.
In an effort to obtain the information requested l will resubmit my initial OPRA request
