Prosecutor's Office, the Ocean County Sheriff's Office, the Ocean County
Court system, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, any municipal police
department within Ocean County, any municipal government offices within
Ocean County, and/or any other entity regarding the Ocean County Court's
acceptance, handling, holding, processing, consideration, approval,
denial, renewal, issuance, and/or return of New Jersey Permit to Carry a

policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the adherance
to the SCOTUS/Bruen decision in regards to Ocean County Court's handling
of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures,
policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the unlawful,
unsafe, and blatantly Unconstitutional "restrictions" (specifically
restrictions 6 through 11) noted within the court order issued to Ocean
County Permit to Carry a Handgun recipients, in regards to Ocean County
Court's issuance of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.

-Total number of New Jersey Permits to Carry a Handgun issued during the
month of August 2022.
