In response to the Mercer County Gun Judge's UNLAWFUL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTIONS, by placing the issuance of all New Jersey Permits to Carry a Handgun on hold, due to allegedy "waiting for direction and clarification" on how to proceed. The law is clear on how to proceed. I therefore request the following information:
-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol to or from the New Jersey Governor's Office, the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, the New Jersey State Police Superintendent's Office, the New Jersey State Prosecutor's Office, the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, the Mercer County Court system, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office, any municipal police department within Mercer County, any municipal government offices within Mercer County, and/or any other entity regarding the Mercer County Court's acceptance, handling, holding, processing, consideration, approval, denial, renewal, issuance, and/or return of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.
-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the maximum, minimum, allowable, acceptable and/or total processing times in regards to Mercer County Court's handling of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.
-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the need for an applicant's physical appearance in court in regards to Mercer County Court's handling of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.
-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the need for and/or necessary involvement and role of the Mercer County Prosecutor in regards to Mercer County Court's handling of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.
-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the adherance to the SCOTUS/Bruen decision in regards to Mercer County Court's handling of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.
-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the unlawful and blatantly Unconstitutional delays allegedly waiting for "direction and clarification" in regards to Mercer County Court's refusal to process New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.
-Total number of New Jersey Permits to Carry a Handgun issued during the months of July and August 2022.
