Dear Karen Williams ,

The Old Bridge Township Records Custodian received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request on January 7, 2021.  As such, the seven (7)
business day deadline to respond to your request is January 19, 2021.
This response to your request is being provided to you on the 4^th
business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:

“Any open permits, All closed permits, Any violations, any documentation
re UST (oil tank removal)

Address: 86 Boulevard West, Keyport (Cliffwood Beach) Block 220 Lot 13”

Please see attached permit documents responsive to your request.   These
are being transmitted to you via email per your request and pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., there is no cost associated with this response.
PLEASE NOTE: Any file names of the attached permits that begin with “C”
are closed permits, and others are open or expired.  Per the Construction
Department, any work completed without permits, the propertyowner will
need to secure permits for said work prior to resale of the home.  Absence
of a permit for an oil tank does not mean there were never tanks onsite.
Interested parties should do their due diligence.  There are no current
property maintenance violations.

Sincerely,

Old Bridge Township Clerk’s Office
