Karen,
The open permits were zoning permits which were transferred over to our new program and never closed. They do not close automatically on our new program once the zoning is approved and the building permits are issued. We have closed them out and there are no open permits on this property. Sorry for all the confusion. I have attached a copy of the current permit report. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
