"Under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I request the Construction
Permit Summary Report and any records of open or closed building,
electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits for the property located at
188 E Mount Pleasant Ave, Livingston, NJ 07039."
I am attaching the "List of Permits by Address" from our current building
permit tracking software GovPilot.  As this document is being emailed to
you there is no cost for duplication under the Open Public Records Act.
You can contact the building department at (973) 535-7953 or
email [1][email address] to find out the status of the permits
and to make arrangements to close out any open permits.
Please note that as of January 2, 2025, the Building Department no longer
has access to the Construction Permit Summary Report, so this record can
no longer be provided.
If you need further documentation, please identify which permits you are
seeking copies of and advise if you need copies of the actual permit pages
or of the Permit
Application Folders. If we do not hear back from you within 7 business
days, April 2, 2026 we will consider your request to be completed.
