Dear Brick Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Ocean Early Childhood Center outdoor foot path, bicycle path and chain link fence permit. 58 Princeton Ave, Brick, NJ 08724.

65% of trees were removed to build a large path/bicycle path. Path was built up about 18 inches above ground level allowing runoff to flood areas surrounding.

Survey done on the neighboring properties and chain link fence was installed on property that does not belong to them.

Regarding your below OPRA request: Please see the responses below from our Building and Engineering Departments. If you have any questions or issues regarding flooding, please contact the Engineering Department at 732-262-1040.

Engineering Department: We have no authorizations for any clearing or fence installation on this property.

Building Department: The Building Department does not have anything for this. A fence permit for the Building Department would only be required if the fence was above 6 feet in height or being used as a pool barrier.
