Dear Old Bridge Housing Authority,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present, as well as the Property Card. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and septic tanks, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank and septic tank location.

Good Afternoon, I do not understand why you are asking the housing for this info as we do not handle any permits. That should be sent to the building Dept. Not the housing authority
