I WILL BE DOING A SEPTIC INSPECTION AT 5 ELISHA DRIVE, UPPER FREEHOLD TOWNSIP
BLOCK 12.03, LOT 3. WOULD THE HEALTH DEPT. HAVE A FILE I COULD REVIEW. I AM SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR SEPTIC PERMIT APPLICATION AND THE DESIGN DRAWING. THANK YOU
