Permit information for septic system

ROBBINSVILLE TOWNSHIP, BLOCK 43, LOT 11
WOULD THE HEALTH DEPT HAVE A SEPTIC FILE, SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR THE
APPROVED PERMIT APPLICATION AND DESIGN DRAWING. THANK YOU

Please be advised that our Health Department did not have any septic records for 441 Gordon Road. Your request would be considered denied as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1 because no records were found. It should be noted that you did not note a date of the records you were seeking on your request, but plans have a 10-year retention for residential structures. If the plans were older than 10 years, it is possible that they may have been destroyed in accordance with State Records Retention schedules.
